The Registrar’s Office will not be administering final exams on behalf of faculty (remotely or in person)—it is the sole responsibility of faculty to manage their own exams. Faculty should contact OIT for technical support: GLOW, remote teaching, etc.

Self-scheduled and take-home exams run from Thursday, May 20 – Friday, May 28.
Scheduled exams run from Monday, May 24 – Saturday, May 29.
The deadline to change the grading option of a course to pass/fail:
Wednesday, May 19
To designate a course pass/fail login to Williams Students Records:
Student Records tile > Self-Service Forms tile > Pass/Fail form

The last day to withdraw from a course:
Wednesday, May 19

Last day to claim exam hardship:
Friday, May 14 at 4:30 pm

Fall 2021 pre-registration will open in Williams Students Records on Wednesday, May 12 and close on Wednesday, May 19 at 11:59 P.M.

Use your academic progress report and Degree Requirements at a Glance to evaluate your progress. To access your academic progress report (APR), follow this navigation in Williams Student Records:
Main Menu > Self Service > Academic Records > My APR/Internal Transcript
Select your courses and register using Williams Student Records. You may select up to 4 courses during pre-registration. Follow this navigation to begin adding classes:
Main Menu > Self Service > Enrollment > Enrollment: Add Classes
Remember to click on “Finish Enrolling” to confirm the addition of a class. Check your schedule after registering.
