Organizational Meetings Spring 2025

Organizational Meetings on February 5 and 7

Before the first day of classes, be sure to check Class Hours for organizational meeting information (time).

Courses that do not normally meet the first two days of classes have a short first organizational meeting on Wednesday, February 5, during the evening:

  • (J) W 7:00-9:40 meets 6:30-6:55 pm
  • (H) MW 7:00-8:15 meets 7:00-7:25 pm
  • (I) MW 8:25-9:40 meets 6:30-6:55 pm
  • (K) M 7:00-9:40 meets 7:00-7:25 pm
  • (W) W 1:10-3:50 meets 7:30-7:55 pm
  • Monday/Tuesday and some Wednesday morning (or non-typical class hour blocks) meet 8:00-8:25 pm
  • Tutorials listed as TBA will meet 8:30-9:00 pm

Organizational meetings on Friday, February 7 will follow the M/W/F daytime schedule and will meet during regular class hours:

  • MW 8:30-9:45 am meets Friday 8:30-9:45 am (or instructor determined)
  • MW 11:00 am-12:15 pm meets Friday 11:00 am-12:15 pm (or instructor determined)

Spring Classes begin 2/5: Schedule Clarification

February 5

On Wednesday, February 5, classes follow a Thursday meeting pattern—students should attend any course with a Thursday (R) class meeting on their schedule.

February 6

Claiming Williams is Thursday, February 6, no classes.

February 7

Regular class meeting patterns will resume on Friday, February 7. On February 7, students should attend, any course that includes a Friday (F) class meeting on their schedule. For those classes that are scheduled to meet MW mornings you will meet normal class time on Friday, February 7.

All organizational meetings, are also listed on student schedules as RORG’s.

NOTE: Faculty may drop a student from their course who does not attend the first session of that course. Organizational meetings are considered first sessions for courses holding them.
