How to Read the Academic Progress Report (APR)

The Academic Progress Report (APR) is a helpful tool used to determine your degree progress.

The summary section gives a snapshot of your progress by providing a count of the courses you’ve completed in a given area.  Comparing the summary information on your APR to the Degree Requirements at a Glance allows you to quickly see your progress.

When looking at the divisional requirements rows note that the first number indicates the number of courses completed in that division and the second number is a count of the subject areas the courses were in. Students are required to take 3 courses with at least 2 different prefixes in each division.
