The Private Tutorial form is for students in the Graduate Program in Art History only.
The form should be submitted before the beginning of the semester in which the private tutorial will be taken, but no later than the last day of drop/add period.
- Do not submit the form until you have discussed your proposed private tutorial with a faculty sponsor.
- We will confirm approval with both the program director and faculty sponsor.
- Once the Registrar’s Office confirms approval, we will register you for a unique section, with the faculty sponsor as instructor.
When pre-registering for a private tutorial, also register for the course in Williams Student Records.
If adding during drop/add, the course will be added to your schedule.
